We remain in Manchester for our next release as we welcome, the modular maestro, Sarmism to Bricolage.

"Lessons" is a stunning debut album that somehow manages to encompass everything we are about at the label, in one release.

Shimmering ambience, bleepy IDM, glitch aesthetics, fractal beats and the perfect fusion of hazy electronica sounds that blur over the lines of techno. The album was made predominantly on hardware synthesizers and samplers with many of the tracks recorded 'live' in one take and putting emphasis on Sarmism's love of improvisational performance.

There's a theme to the music....
